Pressure Control
The sensor / process value supplies (analog 4/20mA, 0/20mA, 0/10V ) proportional to measure pressure. The controller compares this measurement with a programmed set point. The controller govern the frequency variation by means of proportional electric signal.
Several Pump with 1 VSD
The displacement of the operating point is no longer limited to the characteristic curves of fix speed pump but can extend to the entire surface of the curves. Limited by the characteristic indicating the maximum number of pumps in service.
Easy-to-monitor
Operation and monitoring process can be done easily using PC with capability to look back all data, power consumption, stability pressure supply, and running hour system. The system possible to extend remote monitoring with Web protocol.
Single Pump Control (SPC)
The model Single Pump Control Panel provides industrial and commercial customers with a reliable means of controlling one three phase pump in water and wastewater applications
The auto-manual operation utilizes two control switches that activate a magnetic motor contractor to turn the pump on and off. A pump float switch can also be utilized as the pump starting device under auto operation. Common application includes pump chambers, sump pump basins, irrigation system, and lift stations
Alternate Pump Control Panel (APC)
The model Alternate Pump Control Panel provides industrial and commercial customers with a reliable means of controlling up to 4 three phase pump in water and wastewater applications. The operation will alternate between pumps.
The auto-manual operation utilizes two control switches that activate a magnetic motor contactor to turn the pump on and off. A pump float switch can also be utilized as the pump starting device under auto operation. Common application includes intake pumps, transfer pumps, filter pumps, etc
